I. Product descriptions
MOF-BAO metal emulsified cutting additive is a kind of high-concentrated, strong and efficient heavy load cutting oil, and it applies to processing stainless steel, high carbon steel, high alloy steel, copper alloy, aluminum alloy and other metal materials difficult to cut under high-speed heavy load condition. Provide remarkable resistance to high pressure. Develop an effective boundary lubricant film on the interface between the blade and the article, prevent direct contact between metals and reduce wears and abrasions of tools. It has excellent thermal conductivity and heat resistance, and can improve the efficiency of cutting and processing.
