MOF-Soap 0i1皂化切削油(水性)
MOF-Soap 0i1 Saponification Cutting Oil (water-based)
I. Product benefits
1. Effectively reduce the friction of workpiece and cutter and debris, reduce abrasion, lubricating anti-wear effect is superior to the leading Grade of the same domestic industry.
2. Have excellent cooling effect.
3. Have good cleaning effect. Effectively remove the chip, abrasive debris, iron powder, oil strain and sand.
4. Superstrong antirust, rust resistance and corrosion inhibition effect, have good antirust protective effect on machine tool and workpiece. Compared with the traditional pure water-based antirust liquid on the market, it has strong antirust capacity, and according to the demand of antirust life, different dilution rates can be selected.
5. Excellent emulsification effect, good emulsification stability, the emulsion prepared has no oil deposition, has good lubricating property and wetting property, which can ensure the surface quality of processed workpiece.
6. Not contain the substances easy to breed bacteria, and the emulsion prepared has good stability, a long-life product.
7. Have good rapid defoaming effect, a foam inhibition product.
8. Not contain phenols, nitrite and other hazardous substances, no bad pungent smell, a environmentally friendly product.
II. Product usage
Apply to cutting, turning, shaving, drilling, boring, milling, planning, broaching, sawing, grinding, polishing, tapping, rolling, gear shaping, processing machine center cutting of stainless steel, alloy steel, ferrous metal, copper and aluminum non-ferrous metal and other metals.
It has efficient lubrication, cooling, antirust and cleaning function, a high-grade saponification oily product.
III. Use ratio of replenisher: 20%-30% stoste is added with distilled water (or soft water)
