Calorific Value Agent of Methanol Gasoline
I. Product introduction:
The additive is designed to specially modulate the methanol gasoline. It can remarkably promote the calorific value of raw material methanol to be close to the calorific value of gasoline, and the anti-detonation index of methanol gasoline modulated is higher so as to avoid damaging the service life of engine.
II. Product characteristics:
1. The product overcomes the difficulty of cold start of high-proportion methanol gasoline, and the combustion catalyst in the calorific value agent formula of the product contains multiple metallic salt compounds, which has acute decomposition and catalysis function in the cylinder under the running temperature of engine. Under the function of metallic salt compound, the high-proportion methanol gasoline entering the engine cylinder is burst into tiny oil mist before starting burning, which can instantly increase the surface area of air and atomized methanol gasoline and form even mixed gas, and these smaller atomized mixed gases are easier to be ignited by spark and promote the start of engine.
2. Increase calorific value and power. The metallic salt compound in the combustion catalyst has homogeneous catalytic decomposition function for methanol, H2 and CO are generated through providing electron transfer, activating methanol molecular bond and decomposing partial methanol through the central metal ion with variable valence state in the cylinder under the running temperature of engine, which is beneficial to improving the lean combustion and thermal efficiency of methanol gasoline in the engine cylinder, so as to fully burn the fuels and improve the combustion efficiency.
3. It resolves the residue problem of metal salt combustion product. The metallic salt compound in the combustion catalyst will generate high-boiling metal oxide after combustion, and it is not easily emitted with waste gas and remains in the cylinder wall, cylinder cover, spark plug and valve assembly of engine, so that it damages the normal operation of engine and increases mechanical wear, and the extraction agent halide of the product can react with the metal oxide in the combustion process to generate one metal halide which can be gasified and easily volatilized at high temperature, and be emitted from cylinder with the waste gas in gas state so as to resolve the deposition problem.
