水箱清洗(排污)添加剂
1. Radiator flush (blowdown) additive
I. Product function:
1. Remove rust, incrustant and sediment in the radiator and the pipeline.
2. Fast cleaning
3. Quicken smooth flow of the cooling water
4. The neutralizer is not required
5. It can be used as the rust removal agent for the radiator.
6. There is no harm to aluminum, copper and other mental and rubber products.It is able to effectively remove incrustant and rust in the cooling system.
II. Application method:
1. Shake 330-350ml radiator detergent evenly and then pour out it into the radiator
2. Replace the radiator (if it has been damaged).Start the engine and keep the rotation speed 1,200-1,500r/min.About 20-30min.If necessary, replace the cooling water after driving for 100 kilometers.
3. Open the drain plugs of the radiator and the engine body and meanwhile, add clean cooling water from the water inlet of the radiator
4. 330-350ml radiator detergent can mix with 5 gallons cooling water for use.
5. After the radiator detergent has been used, use the radiator protection additive to avoidrust of the cooling system.

Demonstration method: Descaling demonstration: Put 2g calcium carbonate aqueous solution that has been prepared in advance in the beaker and then put 20g radiator detergent to observe the dissolution situation of calcium carbonate. Thereinto, the calcium carbonate aqueous solution is: A:Dissolve 11gcalcium chloride powder in 100g water. B:Dissolve 10.6g sodium carbonate powder in 100g water. Mix Solution A and Solution B and then it are the final solution of calcium carbonate. Remarks:The calcium carbonate solution that has been prepared for a long time is precipitated and it needs to stir evenly before use. |
