水箱保护添加剂
Radiator protection additive
I. Instructions:
Product function:It is able to toneutralize the acid substance in the cooling system, and is characterized by high-quality anti-rust, anti-corrosion and scale inhibition distribution properties and meanwhile, it is able to enhance the heat transmission function of the cooling liquid, improve lubricating effect and avoid engine over-heating, radiator boiling and leakage due to sediment incrustation and rustiness.
II. Application method:
1. 330-350ml radiator protection additive can mix with 6 gallons water for use
2. Pout 330-350ml radiator protection additive into the radiator; if the cooling water is not enough, please supplement it until the radiator is full.
Notes:Considering the special chemical processing formula of the radiator protection additive, its speed of thermal conversion is faster than that of the anti-freezing agents and therefore, its functions are as follows:
① Lower the working temperature of the engine
② Keepthe cooling water clean
③ Lubricate the water pump
④ Remove the foam
⑤ It can be used mixing with all the anti-freezing agents
⑥ There is no harm to aluminum and rubber parts
III. Physical characteristics:
PH:7
Density:1.01
Antifreeze point:Freeze under -10℃
Color:Colorlessclear liquid
IV. Anti-rust test:the demonstration method is as follows
产品名称 Product name | 水箱保护剂 Radiator protection additive |
Test condition | 90℃17h 20min |
Test results | Copper, aluminum block and aluminum sheet are all qualified |
Test results | Steel, iron and galvanized sheet are all qualified |
Remarks | The metal shall be tested separately during the test; if not, the galvanized sheet, iron and steel shall be corroded. |
Demonstration method: Descaling demonstration:Put 2g calcium carbonate aqueous solution that has been prepared in advance in the beaker and then put 20g radiator detergent into it to observe the dissolution situation of calcium carbonate. Thereinto, the calcium carbonate aqueous solution is: A: Dissolve 11gcalcium chloride powder in 100g water. B: Dissolve 10.6g sodium carbonate powder in 100g water. Mix Solution A and Solution B and then it is the final solution of calcium carbonate. Remarks: The calcium carbonate solution that has been prepared for a long time is precipitated and it needs to stir evenly before use. |
