Viscosity Reducer
I. Product descriptions
The content of light component in heavy oil is low, that of asphaltene and colloid is high and that of linear hydrocarbon is less, so that most of heavy oil are in high viscosity and high density, and exploitation and transportation are very difficult. Currently, in the exploitation process of heavy oil, the viscosity reducing method commonly used inside and outside China includes heating method, blending light oil method, quality improving and viscosity reducing of heavy oil and viscosity reducing method of chemical agent. The emulsified viscosity reducer is added when heavy oil steam flooding, which is a new exploitation technology of heavy oil; the main composition of emulsified viscosity reducer is surfactant; the heavy oil in the stratum is converted from emulsified state of water-in-oil to emulsified state of water as external phase through reducing the interfacial tension of oil and water, the viscosity of heavy oil is sharply reduced, and recovery ratio is obviously improved.

III. Use ratio
Viscosity reducer (0.5%) +Water (99.5%)=viscosity reducer
Viscosity reducing fluid:Heavyoil=4:6
Viscosity reducer (1%)+Water (99%)=viscosity reducer
Viscosity reducing fluid: Heavy oil =4:6
